Rescue operation and relief distribution were conducted at Santiago Island after Typhoon "Emong" struck Bolinao and left several residents homeless on May 7 this year. The ruins of the said typhoon prompted the townsfolk to temporary evacuate their houses where most of them were built on or by the sea.
SPO3 Teodoro Caampued Camero (top photo) assisted the local government unit (LGU) this municipality in the distribution of relief goods at the Island.
