On October 21, 2008, PSI Joseph Rizaldy A Dalope, (left) COP, Bolinao, with SPO3 Teodoro Caampued Camero (right), Chief PCR PNCO, had a meeting at this office with Mr. Eugene Caacbay (center), member of International Diving Educators Association and owner of Cape Bolinao Dive Center and discussed about coastal clean-up.
